Talk to a logistics data engineer.

Our team comes from logistics operations and supply chain data infrastructure. When you demo MLPipeLab, you're talking to people who've used similar tools — and built this one because they weren't satisfied.

Choose your path

Schedule a Demo

We'll connect to a non-production WMS or TMS instance you provide, run a live schema discovery, and walk through the field mapping interface. Typically 45 minutes. No slides. No deck.

Use this if: You want to see the platform on real-ish data before evaluating further.

Technical Consultation

Talk through your specific integration scenario — WMS versions, TMS configurations, EDI partner formats, destination data warehouse. We'll tell you what MLPipeLab handles out of the box and what would require custom config.

Use this if: You have a complex multi-system setup and want to understand fit before running a demo.

Enterprise Inquiry

For 3PLs, large distribution networks, or freight brokers with multi-tenant or high-volume requirements. We'll discuss custom connector development, dedicated infrastructure, and SLA terms.

Use this if: You're evaluating at an organizational level with procurement and legal involvement.

What to expect

We respond to demo requests and technical inquiries within 4 business hours on weekdays. For inbound messages received Friday afternoon, expect a response Monday morning.

If your question is about a specific WMS or EDI integration, include the system name and version in your message — it lets us give you a more useful first response.

Common pre-sales questions

Do I need to provide production database access for a demo?

No. We recommend using a non-production WMS database with a representative schema — even a small sample of real table structures is sufficient. If your WMS is on-premises and you prefer no external access at all, we can run the demo using the self-hosted agent mode, which only makes outbound HTTPS connections from your network.

What WMS versions are currently certified?

Our certified connector list is updated quarterly. Current certifications include Manhattan Associates Active WMS 2020-2024, SAP EWM 9.4/9.5, Oracle WMS Cloud (current), Blue Yonder WMS 2021+, HighJump v5.x, Infor CloudSuite WMS. If your WMS version isn't listed, mention it in your inquiry and we'll confirm support status.

How long does a typical initial integration take?

For certified connectors with a standard WMS configuration: connector setup takes 30-90 minutes, schema mapping review takes 45-90 minutes, and the first pipeline run can complete within 4 hours of starting. For custom connector configurations or non-standard schemas, add 1-2 days for the field mapping review cycle.
